This is the story of how we conquered the beer market with "O Market."
For the last 5 years, the prominent Ukrainian beer producer "Obolon" has been developing its own branded chain, opening stores in satellite cities around Kyiv.
WHAT WAS THE CHALLENGE?
As "Obolon" sought to expand the "O Market" brand through franchising and partnerships, they encountered obstacles in their strategy due to global marketing gaps, local issues, and the absence of a cohesive visual style.
The solution was simple — 5 short words: "Krasivo Group at your service."
WHAT DID WE DO?
Immediately after the briefing, it became clear that there was a lot of work. So we:
Launched a local marketing system comprising over 30 tools that have already contributed to improving sales in the trade sector.
Developed a corporate style that expresses the values and brand’s quality. The key element of the logo is the letter “O,” the recognizable symbol of the “Obolon” brand.
Created a franchise sales communication strategy, including a landing page, presentation, plan for promotion, and franchisee engagement.
WHAT DID THE RESULTS GET THE CLIENT?
The implementation of marketing work standards and an increased customer acquisition radius within the trading area now expanded to 2 km. A notable improvement in brand recognition and awareness. Successful expansion of the network through franchising, with the first stores already open.
In collaboration with MOST franchising, who created the franchise, we achieved the Record of Ukraine for the fastest franchise sale, completed in just 1 hour and 35 minutes.
