A robust internal brand equals high scalability opportunities. "Parquet World" is the largest distributor of floor coverings in Kazakhstan, which entered the market 10 years ago. Before cooperating with us, the team did a good job on developing their business, but marketing and branding needed further improvement.

 

What was the challenge?

The client's desire was to scale quickly and successfully, turning a local brand into a franchise. However, we encountered a typical mistake: the lack of well-developed brand communication and marketing standards. Without these two pillars success of the franchise is not possible. Nevertheless, we knew exactly how to tackle this situation.

What did we do?

We developed a franchise-ready brand. To lay the groundwork for scaling, we:

 

• worked out the corporate style

• updated the logo, taking into account modern market trends

• created a system of local marketing standards, consisting of over 30 clear tools for the work of franchisees

• thought out the franchise concept that can be realistically scaled across the entire territory of Kazakhstan

• prepared a communication strategy for a franchise with a ToV aimed at the b2b market

• supervised the creation and correct placement of advertising layouts.
